Green Apple?

It's true...it's a green apple. Set up my own mini studio
with a few black cardboards for the background and the base. Lightning? I just use natural source - the sun light. Buy the aluminium foils for the reflector. Use water sprayer, to add water effects on the apple surface. Change to black and white picture by using adobe lightroom. I think it's better - to snap by using colour then, use picture software to change it to black and white. By doing so, you know which colour you need to saturate / filter out in black and white mode.
